Insurance
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, your insurance plan may offer reimbursement of a percentage of the cost of counseling, and I will provide a monthly invoice for you to submit to your insurance company. Please check with your provider and be sure to tell them that I am a LMFT, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
Prior to our consultation or first appointment, please call your insurance company to find out the specifics of your mental health coverage. Below are some questions you should ask your insurance company:
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the reimbursement amount (usually a percentage of cost) per therapy session?
- Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need a certain type of diagnosis in order for my sessions to be covered?

All fees are paid to Amy Trusso, Marriage Family Therapist.
I accept cash, personal checks and PayPal. Please make checks payable to Amy Trusso.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel our session please let me know 24 hours in advance and I will make every attempt to re-schedule you. If you do not contact me within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the fee.
