Why Counseling? Counseling is a way for you to be able to express your inner thoughts, worries, anxieties, fears, joys, triumphs, traumas and all aspects that make you the unique individual that you are.


Counseling provides a non judgmental safe space for you to process the uncomfortable and difficult relationships in your life. Counseling can help you pull apart the discomfort and stress and help you to look at it from other perspectives.


Counseling gives you the opportunity to be reflective of your life and your choices. Counseling allows you to slow down to listen to your inner integrity and make choices for you and your relationships that align with your moral compass and your personal beliefs and goals.


To gain the most traction most individual sessions meet weekly, with 50-minute sessions. Counseling for couples works mostly the same way however we meet for 60-75 minute-sessions.
